As the story goes, sometime in the 1920s reputed playboy, Count Camillo Negroni sauntered into Bar Casoni in Florence, wanting a strong drink, the Count ordered an Americano with gin instead of soda and created the Negroni cocktail. Whether you prefer the bittersweet Americano or the kick of a Negroni these Campari cocktails will spice up your party!

Americano:
1 ½ oz Campari
1 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
Club Soda
Orange Slice for garnish
Fill a Collins glass with ice pour Campari and Sweet Vermouth over ice. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with an Orange Slice.
Negroni:
1 ½ oz Campari
1 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
1 ½ oz Gin
Orange Twist for Garnish
Fill a rocks glass with ice pour Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Gin over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
